Azra has been under guardianship of the juvenile court for several years. Due to circumstances the stay in her previous foster family was stopped. Because of COVID-19 the shelter in the boarding school where she stayed afterwards was also stopped. Shortly after the placement in the new foster family there was a hearing at which the juvenile court would decide on the necessity of her further placement and future in an OOOC.
